Questions about my booking
How do I book a stay?
We like to make things quick and easy for you. That's why bookings are made online. You can find our best rates and availability on the page 'Booking'.
When booking our accommodation, Duplex By The Sea In Normandy a deposit of 250€ is required prior to your arrival. This deposit will be ‘pre-authorised’ and ‘non-cashed’ automatically on your credit card as a security deposit. This sum will be released the day after your departure, after deduction of any damage, theft, omissions or failure to comply with our terms and conditions.terms and conditions'.
After each stay, an invoice is automatically issued and sent to the email address you provided when you made your booking. If you have not received an invoice at the end of your stay, please contact us on the 'Contact'.
Cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date. To do this, simply contact us on the 'Contact'.

Questions about my stay

The handover of keys happens in person, to offer you a personalised welcome. When you arrive, we'll be there to welcome you, show you around the accommodation and answer any questions you may have. This is your chance to familiarise yourself with the area and receive local recommendations for making the most of your stay.

Linen includes one towel per guest. Other linens provided: Bed linen, guest towel and tea towel.

Our accommodation is accessible to people with reduced mobility who are not in a wheelchair. It is located at 5th floor with liftThis makes it easier to find accommodation. In addition, sleeping accommodation is available directly in the stayIt offers a practical and accessible resting space without having to use the stairs.

However, it is important to note that sleeping areas are located on the upper floor, accessible only by stairs.
